All owners are required to file a flock plan with the Director pursuant to and in accordance with 9 C.F.R. § 54.8.B. Disease Reporting. Any person who knows or reasonable suspects that a flock or individual animal is infected with scrapie must report that knowledge or suspicion to the board immediately.C. Registration.
