The Department may enter into agreements and MOUs with applicable state and federal partners to coordinate and enhance inspections, investigations, embargos and the recall of produce already in commerce within the State as well as outside of its jurisdiction. The Director shall establish and maintain these agreements and will review their effectiveness on an annual basis.
