Section 250-RICR-150-10-4.7 - Operation in Accordance with Approved PlanA. After the effective date of the approved Plan, the Wastewater Treatment Facility shall be operated and maintained at all times in conformance with § 4.5 of this Part and all aspects of the Plan.B. After the effective date of the approved Plan, failure to operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Facility in accordance with the approved Plan shall constitute a violation of an order of the Director pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 46-12-3 of the Water Pollution Act. Each day that a Wastewater Treatment Facility is not operated in conformance with an approved Plan shall constitute a separate violation.250 R.I.
