Section 250-RICR-150-10-4.14 - Appeals

Any person or entity for which an enforcement action has been initiated against by DEM may appeal to the Director for review of the decision on which the enforcement action is based by filing an appeal with the Administrative Adjudication Division. The procedures for appeal of Department decisions pursuant to the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35 are contained in the Administrative Rules of Practice and Procedure for the Administrative Adjudication Division for Environmental Matters ("AAD Regulations").
