The Confidentiality provisions found at 40 C.F.R. § 403.14 (2018), incorporated above at § 2.3 of this Part, are hereby incorporated and amended to include the following: 1. In accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws § 46-12-19, effluent data, permits, or permit application forms submitted to the Director or to a POTW shall be available to the public without restriction.2. All other information submitted to the Director or the POTW shall be available to the public at least to the extent provided by R.I. Gen. Laws § 46-12-19.250 R.I. Code R. 250-RICR-150-10-2.16
