Section 250-RICR-150-10-1.8 - Persons Required to Apply for RIPDES PermitA. Any person who discharges or proposes to discharge pollutants into the waters and who does not have an effective permit, shall, except as provided in § 1.9 of this Part, submit a complete application to the Department.B. Any person who had a NPDES permit prior to the effective date of these regulations shall be notified in writing by the Department that the NPDES permit is continued in full force pursuant to § 1.13 of this Part and that the person must apply for a RIPDES permit in accordance with the schedule for submission of applications in § 1.10(A) of this Part.C.
