The criteria and standards for the imposition of technology-based treatment requirements in RIPDES permit shall be as set forth in 40 C.F.R. § 125 Subpart A, incorporated above at § 1.3(B) of this Part.B. The criteria for issuance of permit to aquaculture projects shall be as set forth in 40 C.F.R. § 125 Subpart B, incorporated above at § 1.3(B) of this Part.C.
