In addition to the other requirements of these regulations, no person shall discharge any pollutants into any waters of the State so as to violate any legally applicable requirements of a plan approved by the Governor of Rhode Island and the Administrator pursuant to Sections 208(6) (33 U.S.C. § 1288), 319 (33 U.S.C. § 1329), and 320 (33 U.S.C. § 1330) of the Clean Water Act.
