Enforcement Action Appeals: All requests for an adjudicatory hearing shall be in writing and shall be filed with the clerk of the Administrative Adjudication Division within twenty (20) days of receipt of the contested enforcement action.B. Civil Penalties for Violations: Persons who shall violate the provisions of these Rules and Regulations shall be subject to the penalties as provided for by R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-19.1-17.C. Criminal Penalties for Violations: Persons who shall violate the provisions of these Rules and Regulations shall be subject to the penalties as provided for by R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-19.1-18.250 R.I. Code R. 250-RICR-140-10-1.18
