Section 250-RICR-140-05-7.4 - ApplicabilityA. All new facilities that process construction and demolition debris must comply with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations.B. Within ninety (90) days from the effective date of these regulations all existing facilities that process construction and demolition debris that: 1. Accept greater than fifty (50) tons/day of construction and demolition debris must apply for a solid waste management facility license.2. Accept fifty (50) tons/day or less of construction and demolition debris must submit a completed "License Exemption Form", with all required information to demonstrate compliance with the Rules and Regulations.250 R.I.
