Section 250-RICR-120-05-6.7 - Exemptions

A. This regulation does not apply to private residences.

B. Sources as specified in paragraphs 1.2.1 through 1.2.3 of 40 C.F.R. § 51, Appendix P are exempt from these monitoring requirements.
