Section 250-RICR-120-05-47.16 - Transfer of CO[2] Allowances

After the Department's approval of the results of an auction or sale and upon receipt by the Department or its agent of payments from successful bidders or buyers, the Department or its agent shall transfer CO₂ allowances to the purchaser's compliance account or general account.
