Section 250-RICR-120-05-33.6 - Applicability and ExemptionsA. Except as provided in § 33.6(B) of this Part, the provisions of this regulation apply to any person who sells, offers for sale, supplies or manufactures an architectural coating for use within the State of Rhode Island, as well as any person who applies any architectural coating for compensation or who solicits the application of any architectural coating within the State of Rhode Island.B. The provisions of this regulation do not apply to the following: 1. Architectural coatings and industrial maintenance coatings that are sold, offered for sale or manufactured in Rhode Island for shipment and use outside of Rhode Island or for shipment to other manufacturers for reformulation or repackaging;2. Architectural coatings sold in containers having capacities of one (1) liter (1.057 quart) or less; and3. Any aerosol coating product.250 R.I. Code R. 250-RICR-120-05-33.6
