Section 250-RICR-120-05-29.18 - Phase II Acid Rain Stationary Sources: Permitting RequirementsA. The Office of Air Resources hereby adopts the provisions of 40 C.F.R. § 72, incorporated in § 29.4 of this Part, for purposes of implementing an acid rain program that meets the requirements of 42 U.S.C. §§ 7651-7651o (CAA §§ 401-416). The term "permitting authority" shall mean the Office of Air Resources and the term "Administrator" shall mean the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.B. If the provisions or requirements of 40 C.F.R. § 72, incorporated in § 29.4 of this Part conflict with or are not included in this regulation, the 40 C.F.R. § 72 provisions and requirements shall apply and take precedence.250 R.I.
