Section 250-RICR-120-05-27.4 - Incorporated Materials

A. These regulations hereby adopt and incorporate 40 C.F.R. §§ 63.11223(b)(1) through (7); 63.7540(a)(10)(i) through (vi); 60 Appendix B, Performance Specification 2; 60 Appendix F; and 60 Appendix A (2018) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these regulations.

B. These regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the American Society for Testing and Materials' "D 2156-09 " (2009), "D 3228-08 " (2008), and "D 4629-17 " (2017) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these regulations.
