Section 250-RICR-120-05-12.9 - Determination of ComplianceA. Compliance with § 12.7 of this Part shall be determined by one of the following procedures: 1. Emission testing conducted by the owner or operator of the source according to 40 C.F.R. § 60, Appendix A, Method 5 or by another method that has the prior approval of or is required by the Director;2. Technical evaluation based on such factors which may include type(s) of refuse burned; design of the incinerator, design efficiency of air pollution control systems, and emission test results on similar incinerators;3.
