Section 250-RICR-100-00-9.6 - Groups and AssemblyA. A special use permit is required for groups either organized, or assembled through advertisement or social media, of ten (10) to seventy-five (75) people at Public Reservations not under the jurisdiction of the Division of Parks amp; Recreation. Permits are also needed for any scientific, research, educational or volunteer activities regardless of number of people participating in accordance with § 7.16(H) of this Subchapter and Part 60-00-4 of this Title.
