Section 250-RICR-100-00-7.6 - AnimalsA. All dogs must be wearing a collar with a valid license tag on Public Reservations.B. The release of any animal within any Public Reservation is prohibited, except as provided in the hunting regulations established in Chapter 60 of this Title.C. No person shall leave an animal unattended in a vehicle with the exception of dogs that are being used for hunting or dog trails between September 1st and March 31st, in accordance with the hunting regulations establish in Chapter 60 of this Title.250 R.I.
