A. These Rules and Regulations are promulgated pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 20-1-2, 20-1-4, and 20-1-8, R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 23-22.5, 1954 R.I. Public Laws 3343 and R.I. Gen. Laws Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, 42.17.10, 20-18, 20-15, 32-1, 32-2, 32-3 and in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35, the Administrative Procedures Act.
