Section 250-RICR-100-00-7.11 - FiresA. No person shall kindle an open fire, including charcoal fires, except in designated areas or with official written permission. From March 15th through May 15th, no open fires are allowed between 10:00am and 5:00pm without burning permit issued by local fire department.
