All Insurers subject to or formed as a result of this regulation shall be subject to all statutes and regulations governing insurers as deemed applicable by the Department.B. Insurers subject to or formed as a result of this regulation consent to the jurisdiction of the Department with regard to ongoing oversight of operations, management and solvency relating to the transferred business, including the authority of the Department to conduct financial analysis and examinations pursuant to R.I.
