Section 230-RICR-20-35-1.22 - Filing Requirements for AdvertisingA. Every issuer providing long-term care insurance or benefits in this state shall provide a copy of any long-term care insurance advertisement intended for use in this state whether through written, radio or television medium to the director for review or approval by the director to the extent it may be required under state law. In addition, all advertisements shall be retained by the issuer for at least three (3) years from the date the advertisement was first used.B. The director may exempt from these requirements any advertising form or material when, in the director's opinion, this requirement may not be reasonably applied.230 R.I. Code R. 230-RICR-20-35-1.22
