Section 216-RICR-50-15-4.1 - Authority

These regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred under R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 23-1-17(a) and 23-1-18(6), for the purpose of regulating the air quality in ice arenas to protect public health.
