Section 216-RICR-40-20-3.10 - Assembler and/or Transfer ObligationA. Any person who sells, leases, transfers, lends, disposes, assembles, or installs X-ray equipment in this State shall notify the Agency within fifteen (15) days of: 1. The name and address of persons who have received this equipment.2. The manufacturer, model, and serial number of each X-ray system transferred; and3. The date of transfer of each X-ray system.4. In the case of diagnostic X-ray systems which contain certified components, a copy of RCA Form 2579 shall be submitted to the Agency within fifteen (15) days following completion of the assembly. Such report shall suffice in lieu of any other report by the assembler.B. No person shall make, sell, lease, transfer, lend, assemble, or install X-ray systems or the supplies used in connection with such system unless such supplies and equipment when properly placed in operation and used in this State shall meet the requirements of this Subchapter.216 R.I.
