5.8.1Exception

Modification of any individual standards herein, for experimental or demonstration purposes, or any other purpose, shall require advance written approval from the licensing agency.

5.8.2Rules Governing Practices and Procedures

All hearings and reviews required under the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 23-17, shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the rules and regulations regarding "Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Practices and Procedures Before the Rhode Island Department of Health [R 42-35 -PP]" and "Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Access to Public Records of the Rhode Island Department of Health [R 38-2 -APRA]".
