Section 216-RICR-40-10-17.1 - AuthorityA. These Regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred under R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 23-17-10 and 23-17-42 and are established for the purpose of adopting minimum standards for licensed home nursing care and home care providers in this State.
