These regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the National Research Council National Academy of Sciences' "Recommended Dietary Allowances" (1989), by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these regulations.C. These regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the National Tuberculosis Center's "Policy and Procedures for Tuberculosis Screening of Health-Care Workers" (2016) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these regulations.D. These regulations hereby adopt and incorporate "Recommendations for Preventing the Spread of Vancomycin Resistance: Recommendations of the Hospital Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC)" (1995) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these regulations.E. These regulations hereby adopt and incorporate "The Americans with Disabilities Act"42 U.S.C §§ 12101 - 12213; 47 U.S.C §§ 152, 221, 225, 611; 29 U.S.C § 706 (1990) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these regulations.G. These regulations hereby adopt and incorporate "Immunization of Health-Care Workers: Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the Hospital Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC)" (1997) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these regulations.H.
