Section 216-RICR-20-10-4.45 - Vehicular and Pedestrian Traffic SafetyA. Each school is required to develop written procedures or protocols to reduce the risk of motor vehicle injuries and exposure to motor vehicle exhaust fumes among students. These procedures must be reviewed annually by school representatives and local police authorities and must address no less than the following issues: 1. Arrival and departure areas for busses, private automobiles, bicyclists, and pedestrians;2. Parking and idling locations for motor vehicles, including busses;3. Signage and crosswalks;4.
