Section 216-RICR-20-10-4.43 - Alcohol and Other DrugsA. All schools are required to have policies regarding possession of alcohol and other drugs and must have on-going prevention activities and programs as supported by the " Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act,"20 U.S.C. § 7101et seq. 1. All school districts must ensure that the discipline policies regarding incidents of students in possession of alcohol or drugs are imposed on a case-by-case basis.216 R.I.
