These Regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the Rhode Island Health Education Framework: Health Literacy for All Students (2010) standards by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these Regulations.B. These Regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the RIDE Comprehensive Health Instructional Outcomes (2015) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these Regulations.C. These Regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the Rhode Island Physical Education Framework standards (2003) by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these Regulations.D. These Regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Registry of Evidence Based Programs and Practices (2014), by reference, not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these Regulations.E. These Regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Toxic and Hazardous Substances Standard - 29 C.F.R.
