Section 212-RICR-20-00-1.10 - Case Management

A. The appropriate division of the Department or designated local agency shall name the social worker or other staff member, who is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the placement and activity related to approving the subsidy payments.

B. A copy of the plan shall be retained by the social worker from the division of the Department or designated local agency.
