Section 152-RICR-00-00-1.9 - Finality of Committee Action

Recommendations by the Committee which are approved by this Court shall be final barring any further action thereon by the Committee or the Attorney General that is inconsistent therewith. R.I. Gen. Laws § 8-1-2.
