Section 120-RICR-00-00-4.3 - MembershipA. The Board shall consist of nine (9) Members, comprised as follows: 1. The General Treasurer or his or her designee.2. The Director of the Department of Administration or his or her designee.3. Three (3) Members of the general public to be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate.4. Two (2) representatives of the general public to be appointed by the General Treasurer, with the advice and consent of the Senate, from a list of five candidates submitted by the Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns.5.
