The Attorney General or his designee is authorized to issue subpoenas, compel the attendance of witnesses, administer oaths, and to require testimony under oath, consistent with the policy and objectives of the Private Security Guard Act.B. If a witness refuses to obey a subpoena the Attorney General may petition a court within the State to compel the witness to obey the same, under penalty of contempt of court.110 R.I.
