(a)Identification. A declaration of identity on a consumer package shall appear on the principal display panel, and shall positively identify the commodity in the package by its common or usual name, description, generic term, or the like.(b)Placement. A declaration of identity on a consumer package shall appear generally parallel to the base on which the package rests as it is designed to be displayed. This section cited in 70 Pa.
