Section 5.23 - Program list(a)List to be maintained. The Department will maintain a current list of private certification programs. The list will contain the name, business address, telephone number and fax number (if available) of each private certification program.(b)Distribution of copies. The Department will provide a copy of the current private certification program list upon request.
