Section 5.16 - Certified UPC/PLU inspector list(a)List to be maintained. The Department will maintain a current list containing the following information with respect to each certified UPC/PLU inspector:(1) The name and address.(2) The telephone number.(3) The fax number, if available.(4) The expiration date of certification.(5) The unique identification number of the UPC/PLU inspector's certificate.(b)Distribution of copies. The Department will provide a copy of the current certified UPC/PLU inspector list upon request.
