Section 303.38 - Agent withdrawal(a) When any jockey agent withdraws from representation of a jockey, the jockey agent shall immediately notify the Stewards and shall submit to the Stewards a list of any unfulfilled engagements made for the jockey.(b) A jockey agent shall not be permitted to withdraw from the representation of any jockey unless written notice to the Stewards has been provided.
