Section 205.4 - Removal of official(a) Any racing official may be fined, suspended or the official's license may be denied or revoked at any time for incompetency, failure to follow or enforce the provisions of this part, or any conduct detrimental to the sport.(b) In the event of the disqualification of a racing official for any reason, the Board of Judges shall be notified immediately. The Board of Judges shall thereafter appoint a substitute.
