Section 205.413 - Placing of breaking horse by Judges(a) The Judges, may in their discretion, set back a breaking horse at the finish when a contending horse properly on its gait is lapped on the hind quarter of the breaking horse. Except, if the breaking horse was off stride due to interference.(b) Any horse making a break which causes interference to other contending horses may be placed behind all offended horses.(c) If, in the opinion of the Judges, a driver of a horse on a break reasonably complies rule in subsection (b), no fine or suspension shall be imposed on the driver. This section cited in 7 Pa. Code § 205.415 (relating to calling and noting breaks).
