Section 205.55 - Conditions(a) The race secretary shall establish the conditions and eligibility for entering races and cause them to be published to owners, trainers, the Judge and the Commission and be posted in the racing secretary's office. The race secretary shall remain responsible for any errors occurring regarding a horse's eligibility and along with the licensed racing entity shall remediate the error if possible.(b) The race secretary shall prescribe the standards for overnight events and to prepare and publish condition sheets or condition books in accordance with these rules.
