Section 205.351 - Postponement(a) In addition to the Commission's authority set forth in the act, USTA Rule 15, section 1, is incorporated herein and shall govern matters related to the postponement of races.(b) Each licensed racing entity shall report a postponement to the Presiding Judge and the Commission in an expeditious manner.
