Section 205.218 - Prohibitions(a) No electronic eligibility will be issued on any horse under 2 years of age.(b) No electronic eligibility shall be issued for a horse from which a positive Coggins test has been reported.(c) No electronic eligibility will be issued on any horse not properly registered with the USTA.
