Section 189.34 - Inspection authorization(a) The Commission, its agents or employees will have access to, and require the production of, books and papers, documents and physical evidence pertinent to a matter being investigated under the act or this part.(b) At least annually, the Commission, its agents or employees will inspect the nonprimary location to determine whether the licensed racing entity is maintaining its nonprimary location in good condition and whether adequate provision for rehabilitation and capital improvements has been made.(c) Inspections of nonprimary locations shall be made during the normal business hours of the nonprimary location.
