Section 181.60 - Lighting(a) A licensed racing entity shall provide lighting for the racetrack and the patron facilities that is adequate to ensure the safety and security of the patrons, licensees and horses. Lighting to ensure the proper operation of the videotape and photo finish equipment must be approved by the Commission.(b) A licensed racing entity shall provide adequate additional lighting in the stable area as required by the Commission.(c) If a licensed racing entity conducts racing at night, the association shall maintain a back-up lighting system that is sufficient to ensure the safety of race participants and patrons.
