Section 181.39 - Lighting(a) A licensed racing entity shall provide lighting for the racetrack and the patron facilities that is adequate to ensure the safety and security of the patrons, licensees and horses.(b) A licensed racing entity shall provide the necessary and appropriate lighting to ensure the proper operation of the videotape and photo finish equipment which must be approved by the Commission.(c) The licensed racing entity shall provide adequate additional lighting in the stable area as required by the Commission and shall maintain a back-up lighting system that is sufficient to ensure the safety of race participants and patrons.
