Section 181.33 - Audio and visual equipment(a) A licensed racing entity shall provide and maintain in good working order a communication system between the following: (7) Video camera locations;(8) Commission Veterinarian;(10) Location of the ambulances (equine and human); and(11) Commission track office and other locations and persons designated by the Commission.(b) The licensed racing entity shall provide and maintain a public address system capable of clearly transmitting announcements to the patrons and to the stable area.
