Section 179.58 - Consolidation(a) The Commission, the Hearings and Appeals Docket Clerk or the presiding officer, with or without motion, may consolidate proceedings involving a common question of law or fact.(b) The section supersedes 1 Pa. Code §35.45 (relating to consolidation).
