Section 146.24 - Samples or gifts to wholesale customers(a) Samples of a product may not be given to a wholesale customer or prospective wholesale customer by or on behalf of a milk dealer.(b) Gifts of any value may not be given by a dealer to a wholesale customer or to a purchasing agent, contracting officer or other person or organization whose position, rank or other means of influence, enables him to select or to influence the selection of milk vendors.
