Section 147.1 - Sales invoiceAll wholesale sales of milk, dairy products, or other products shall be accompanied by a sales invoice which shall be retained by the buyer for a period of 3 months, and which shall contain the following information:
(2) Name and address of seller and buyer.(3) Quantity of milk, dairy product, or other product delivered detailed as to size, type, any number of containers of each product, together with the unit price and total amount.(4) The statement "By order of the Pennsylvannia Milk Marketing Board, the buyer shall retain this invoice for a period of three months subsequent to the date shown on this invoice."
